Entrevista
Went to their open house and followed up with HR. The hiring manager had me in for a technical test which was about 1.5 hours long and had basic math questons as well as questions related to scripting and assembly language. After the technical test, I had a talk with the manager who asked very basic behavioral questions. The only problem was that the hiring manager's accent was very strong (chinese) and it was a little hard at times to understand him so I had to politely ask to repeat the question if I didn't understand it.

It was a little unexpected to ask me a question regarding IPv4 which was purely based on memory. Something related to the where are the flags bits in IPv4 header segment.
Before an interview, there is an online assessment component on HackerLink. The test is 60 minutes and is a mix of multiple-choice and short answers. The interview process is online with the managers of the IPS departments.

Entrevista
I did this remotely. It was scheduled for 1.5hrs but only took .5 hrs. Was 2 guys that seemed unenthusiastic the whole time. They came off a bit unfriendly. The technical portion was very weird. They mostly made me rate my ability with technologies like SQL and Python and that was the whole technical portion.

I applied the New Grad position.
1. First round: take home online assessment, 30 multiple choices questions and one fill-in-blank question, 1 hour.
2. Second round: face to face with the management team, 1 hour.
