Entrevista
I spoke to a hiring manager at a job fair, he looked through my resume and asked me some questions about my experiences to get a sense of how "green" I may be. It was very conversational and he really seemed to like me, he said I would definitely hear back from them.
He knew I was a new graduate and did not have an opening on his team, but did have a front-end position on another team (not the best fit for my experience) and he mentioned typically they hire more experienced people for those roles.
2-3 days later I received an email from HR to schedule an offline 48hr test and more information about the role. After that i did not hear back from them (not surprising since my solution was only about 70% done, although I enjoyed it and learned a lot while doing it). It would be nice if they sent a declined email rather than nothing at all.

48 hours to build a web app using Django/jQuery that scans for data files in a folder and builds a sortable table viewed from browser. Table should update in real time as new files are added.
Behavioral Interview with HR
The first stage involves a conversation with HR to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values and expectations.
Technical Take-Home Assessment
Candidates are then given a technical challenge or case study to complete independently. This evaluates their problem-solving approach, technical proficiency, and ability to deliver quality work within a set timeframe.
Team Interview
Successful candidates are invited to meet with the team for a more in-depth discussion. This may include reviewing the take-home assessment, technical questions, and getting to know how the candidate collaborates and communicates in a team setting.
Offer
Finalists who demonstrate strong potential across all stages will receive an official offer to join the team.

A short phone call from HR briefly discussed about company background, job descriptions. Later ask for an introduction of myself and asked my teck stack and how I used them in my previous work experience.
