Entrevista
The first stage is a test. The second is an interview to get to know you as a person. The third is to see the way you think. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the forth stage, which is HR interview.

At one stage they asked me to try and calculate how many windows are in NYC. It's about the process itself, and not the final answer. But the interviewer did try to set me on a specific course and didn't let me try on my own.
