The interview process was rather easy and laid back. But the head recruiter who led the interview said he'd reach out to whoever was in charge of the second phase and see if they were interested, but then ghosted. Very unprofessional.

The process was quick and easy. Started with a phone screen and then I was told it would be 3 interviews. One panel, one with the client, and one with the CPO. Communication was quick and I was scheduled for the next interview and then I was told the interviewer was sick and they canceled. Then a day later I was told someone was hired for the role. This all happened in less than 2-3 days.
