The interview was conducted by the Principal, Assistant Principal and grade level lead with the assistant principal asking most of the questions. The interview was very laid back and allowed me to guide it with explaining my experiences. I liked how it was less intimidating with fewer people unlike other districts who have large amounts of people involved. I only had to interview once which was a plus too.
Google hangout interview with principal. She was very respectful and asked engaging questions. There was a focus on technology and making activities student-centered. I was contacted to be informed I didn’t get the position, which was appreciated.

Group interview with two principals and two teachers. Panel style where they rotate between each member of the committee. Asked questions about content area, implementing IEPs, and questions about coaching which was not in the job posting.
