Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Form3
Entrevista
30 minute call with the internal recruitment team discussing at a high level what the company does and how it is focused on remote working and remote collaboration. Ironically they couldn't tell much more as they hadn't had their training 2 weeks into the job because of the ones who were to be training them working remotely. The internal recruiter was dubious about how this would work in the long term.
Issued a "small exercise" to create an API for some sample payments data. It was claimed to take "only a few hours" with no rush to return it. The exercise is left open to interpretation as they mention using libraries and frameworks but don't specify ones they already use.
On returning the test I got feedback within a week. To stick within the time limits I made use of swagger to generate the API code stubs and documentation. I would have expected this to make a good talking point for the next stage, rather they complained that the documentation and code was generated. Despite adding bash scripts to run swagger in a docker container they claimed it was broken.
Wish I'd taken the glass door reviews more seriously and not wasted time with this company
