Very long and a waste of time. When I did my first interview the one manager thought highly of myself and says they will contact you the following week. Then 3 weeks go by I receive a call in the after noon that they want to schedule a 2nd interview for the following early morning because those were the only time available? I droped everything and being a mother of 2, you can only imagine how difficult it is to find a sitter last minute. After I go to the interview then they give me the whole speech of " we have other candidates that we want to interview and will contact you when we make a decision? I was like really? I wonder how long this is going to take, another year to get it filled?

Easy, took minutes and questions were answered. Met with the store manager and DSM. Friendly greeting among all. I was asked questions provided feedback as well. Open ended questions, any questions I had were answered
