It was recommended that I submit resume by person leaving the position. I was contacted by phone a little later by the person who would be interviewing me. Met with him after business hours for the interview. Having not interviewed for a job in many years and having never done anything in the industry, I probably had more questions for him than answers. He asked a lot of leading questions, which I assume is normal. In the end, I wasn't really interested in the job and just enjoyed the visit. I did call him back some time later and asked for his critique of my interview, with which he was very forth coming and honest. Overall a good experience
