The first round was phone interview. It was for half hour. Two interviewers asked questions taking turns. After initial introductions, and a generic 'tell me about yourself' starter the actual interview began. It consisted of a few behavioral and a couple of situation based questions. e.g. most innovative idea, conflict with coworker, team experience, customer situations etc.

Really good process, the interviewer was nice, asked questions about my background and a few technical related to my past experience and basic mechanical engineering topics, they haven't followed up but they told me they would.
It was okay I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that it was a nice interviewer
Recruiters were so friendly and helpful. Firstly, I solved character analysis and English test. And then, I did online interview. We talked about my background job experiences, and the my ability of solving problem. They joined my interview from 3different teams and took more or less 45minutes.
