      Completed questionnaire and assessments. A few days later done a recorded video phone screen. Provided a list of references. Went on-site and completed more assessments and then done recorded panel video interview.

      It was very repetitive and had a lot of extra steps that I would say are unnecessary. You do apply and answer a few questions like a normal application. After a few days, I got a quiz with some logic puzzles. Personally, I think these have very little reflection of how well someone can do a job. They're really just puzzles you would have done in a Highlights magazine as a child. A week or so after submitting the quizzes I had a request for a video screening. I sent my availability and their recruiter followed up with me a day or so later with a time and teams link. Once the interview was confirmed, they attached a sheet to fill out. It asked several similar questions to the original application, as many of these were already on my resume. On the screening, they asked normal questions about my experience. They also asked a few questions about the sheet I had filled out the day before, so I guess they didn't read it. Overall, just a very repetitive process that could be shortened to streamline the hiring process but also respect the job seekers' time.

      Disorganization: The entire process lacked structure. Unprepared Interviewers: It felt like the interviewers hadn't reviewed my resume or the job description. They asked irrelevant questions and seemed confused about the role's requirements. Unprofessional Conduct: The interviewers were disrespectful of my time. The interview started late, and they appeared disinterested and distracted.
