It's a multi-interview process which is a type of outdated process that no one appreciates anymore. Because it shows a lack of respect from the company - that you are not worth the higher ups time for them to speak to you directly unless you pass their gatekeeper. It's very disrespectful. Also, the young woman conducting their interviews was not very engaging.
