HR interview. At that time you'll be informed that there will be a total of 3 interviews. If pass the first, then a second with the District Manager for the city to be working in. I was originally interviewing for Account Manager. The District Manager interview asked if I would be interested in Estimator. My 3rd interview was in person and video with the Estimating Director and RFP Director.
After the 3rd interview, if HR gets the go ahead, they will check background and at least 3 references. If those go well, HR will send an "Approval to Offer" to the hiring manager. At that time, if they approve the offer, an offer will be sent to the applicant.
