The interview process was pretty straightforward. As with all Vista-owned companies, the first thing I had to do was to take a 30 minute timed aptitude test, and a personality test. After that, I retook the aptitude portion of the test with a proctor. Next was a short phone interview with the recruiter, and finally an in-person interview at the office. None of the questions were very difficult, even though I am a career changer who doesn't have a lot of experience in the industry. The in-person interview consisted of 2 people who interviewed me for about 40 minutes. They asked a lot of behavioral type questions, and a few questions on whether I was able to navigate Linux, what I knew about networking, etc. Overall, it was a good experience.
