Entrevista
multiple parts, in-person (first round), phone interview with division supervisor (second round). The second interview took place 2-3 weeks after first interview. Was offered job about 8 weeks after first interview.

Are you comfortable working in a bi-partisan lobbying firm with issues dealing with many different issues? Who are your representatives? How do you manage conflicting priorities? Walk me through your resume etc. etc.

Entrevista
There were two rounds of interviews followed by a writing test. The first round of interviews was a phone screen with HR and the second round was with a few director level people in the department you applied to. The writing test was a press release and mock client memo.

Multiple interviews. One with Human Resources, another with the applicable team, and then a writing test to complete the process.
Interviewers were friendly, but tough. They were very knowledgable about the industry in general.
