My experience with the hiring process was mixed. On the positive side, the initial interview was conducted in a respectful and professional manner. I received very encouraging feedback right after, which made me feel that things were moving forward. However, communication afterwards was poor. I had to wait several weeks and follow up multiple times before receiving a final response. The rejection itself was confusing: I was told that my technical level did not meet their expectations for a Senior role, yet in the same message it was acknowledged that my leadership and teaching abilities clearly place me at the Senior level. Additionally, salary was mentioned as an issue, even though the number had been proposed by the company itself, not by me. Overall, the process lacked transparency and consistency, and the long delays created unnecessary expectations. I would suggest the company work on providing clearer and more timely feedback to candidates to leave a better professional impression.
