Walked in and the manager asked me a few questions and we talked for like 10 mins and got hired on the spot and the employer was very chill and he appreciated me a lot.

The application process was easy and it was a really easy interview. In order to get an interview you must complete a test and score a certain score and in the interview it is just a review of some of these questions. yeah
