Alot of candidates at one time. Group interview. If you are a big personality, you wont stand out and you wont get hired. They want people who are going to be proactive and drive sales

Interviewer was nice, was pitching the role to me and made me feel comfortable. Asked basic questions and assured me that I would do well in the position. Said I would get a decision in two weeks time
It was a group interview of about 15 people land lasted about an hour. it was fairly easy but make sure to put yourself out there as ur with 10-15 others.

Straight forward one round interview. Was with a group and asked questions on how to sell a shoe. Given scenarios on how to deal with different customer situations, Difficult customers in particular.
