interview was done in the food court of the mall. First I had to be interviewed by assistant manager and then a few days after I met with the store manager. About a week later I was called in for orientation.

Interviewer was nice, was pitching the role to me and made me feel comfortable. Asked basic questions and assured me that I would do well in the position. Said I would get a decision in two weeks time
It was a group interview of about 15 people land lasted about an hour. it was fairly easy but make sure to put yourself out there as ur with 10-15 others.

Straight forward one round interview. Was with a group and asked questions on how to sell a shoe. Given scenarios on how to deal with different customer situations, Difficult customers in particular.
