Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Foot Locker (Raleigh, NC) en nov 2016
Entrevista
I spoke to other the assistant manager who was very nice. The process took about 30 minutes & she agreed with a lot of the stuff I responded. The lady who interviewed me was very comfortable & spoke to me as a friend & related to me in certain situations.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
