It was a group interview and they basically asked questions and everyone had to respond. So you had people trying to outdo one another versus focusing on the individual and allowing them to interview for themselves.

After applying online on Sneaker Jobs, I received a phone interview 2 weeks later by an employee and was followed and invited for an in person interview the next day with the distract manager. The interview was 15 minutes and went by quickly with some small talk

Entrevista
Two interviews, spanning over two days. One with the Store Manager, the other is with the District Manager. Very straightforward and conventional questions. They mostly just want to talk to you and see how you react and how well you are able to communicate. The people are very nice and understanding.
