Initial phone call with talent team to discuss recent experience and salary expectation. The next step was a take home test which was 3 open-ended questions relating to multiple cloud providers, resilience and Kubernetes. The next step was a 1 hour technical interview which was a long list of prepared questions about specific scenarios, for example how would you generate and rotate keys, how would you ensure no deployments were made during a certain window or what would you do to build a secure Kubernetes cluster. All the questions had some compliance or regulatory aspect. I didn't proceed beyond this step due to lack of experience in a multi-cloud environment.
