After submitting a resume and waiting a long time there was an initial follow-up from the resume to schedule an initial call with HR & then later followed up for an initial call with the hiring manager. Lots of time in between and no real follow-ups but it doesn't seem like it was HRs fault and more not getting feedback on moving forward. After HR & direct manager then interviewed at the company HQ on-site which was meetings with 3 upper management. HR was very responsive but it was weeks before they let her know to tell me not to move forward.
