Math test mainly testing mental arithmetic (75 questions in 10 minutes), followed by 3 rounds of motivational interviews (why do you want to trade? why this company? etc), then a final round assessment center style case study held online.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
