Very impersonal. Sent a link to an assessment, then a week or so later received an email from the assessment company that the team would like a virtual interview. It was all video self-paced with three days to complete it. Some basic questions, it took about an hour to complete. Then, they completely ghosted after. No follow-up, no thanks, but no thanks, and because you've never talked to a human, there's no one to reach out to to remind them you exist. Found it very bizarre to have never spoken to a representative for the company. Disappointing process in an already tough market.
