There is an online application and it took about a month after I filled ab mine out to hear from HR about a group interview. The group interview was was supposed to have about 5 or 6 people but only two of us showed up. They asked similar questions to any other bank and wanted the answers in STAR format although they do not tell you this before the interview. We interviewed by two members of upper management and it wasn't a bad experience. They told us we would hear back within the week with the results of the group interview but it took about two weeks for me to get the final interview opportunity. It was at a different location with a regional manager and she pretty much just wanted to make sure I was a good fit, I already had the job. Honestly the only way you could mess up the second interview is to either not dress properly or say something stupid because she literally just wanted to meet the pick and go over the position. I received my offer the day after my final interview and it was contingent upon a drug test and criminal background check. Overall it was a pleasant experience but it took a total of like 2 moths to get hired.
