Very straight forward. A first call with a recruiter, a second call with hiring manager, a case study, a panel interview and a senior/executive interview. I personally was very motivated by the mission of the company and the compensation. so it was easy for me to give it my best. Don't get discouraged if you see 100+ applicants on Linkedin. You will be noticed and given a chance if you are a good fit.
