The recruiter came off overly excited to get me in front of the manager that I would be reporting to. They tell me to pick any time available a video interview. The manager shows up 15 minutes late to the call and takes the interview from their car. Then says " I know I can't ask personal questions, so tell me about yourself". Then tells me before we get started, there is already someone far along in the interview process. I focused only on my success and how I would fit for the job position. It was time wasted and not respectful at all. I agree many others here on the process as far as what the culture is like.
