Excellent communication during the entire process. I had a phone screening and two additional video interviews, and all three interviewers were extremely welcoming and conversational. Lots of transparency about what a product analyst could improve at the company. All email communication came promptly, and I was never left hanging for more than two days. Next steps were clearly laid out. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer, but the rejection was personable. (Had I continued in the process, I believe there would have been additional interview steps.) Mainly behavioral questions and questions about my resume. Focus on communicating data insights to the company.
