Was contacted by the HR around a week after applying, a few weeks later had the first interview, it lasted 30-40 minutes and was easy and quite interesting, they asked a few questions about marketing campaigns, how I would tackle a new market etc. The HR person suggested that I’m a good match and will be in touch. I have sent a thank you note and haven’t heard back for 2-3 weeks, after which the HR tried to set up an interview the next day, had the second interview, which was very similar to the first one.
It was a really smooth process, did two interviews via zoom, but if you don't selected, they kinda ghost you. Considering that you spent a lot of time to do long process with them. The most respectful thing is to at least get a proper feedback and no an automatic message of rejection.

Gutes Gespräch mit sehr kompetentem Mitarbeiter. Klare Kommunikation und Erwartungshaltung. Genaue Job Description und alle relevanten Zusatzdaten. Details nicht zuviel, aber ausreichend zur Meinungsbildung. Sonst sehr angenehme Zeit und Ort.
The interview process was very straightforward. I had a webcam interview that lasted about an hour. They asked typical interview questions and liked that I had heard about the company from traveling.
