I applied online and got a very quick response. The next step was a phone screening covering basic OOP, c++ and java concepts to gauge my understanding of these languages. After passing the screening phase an in-house interview was scheduled. This was a technical interview with two senior developers covering the finer points of java and c++ and specifics of the technologies used in-house.
