Very easy interview process. A quick phone interview where you are asked some generic interview questions (why do you want to work for us, why do you think you would be a good fit, etc) as well as pitching a travel destination and three reasons why you recommend this. After this some psychometric testing is sent to you, which took about 45 minutes. This is followed by a group interview over zoom where more behaviour related questions are asked about previous scenarios in the workplace and how you worked through them.

Group interview wasn’t very personal, a lot of people didn’t get much of a chance to speak. Later in the day when they cut half the group we got the chance for 1on1s
