HR contacted 1 week later...1 interviewer only.......The interview was held face to face.....was taken into a room and start by self introduction and explain experience from previous employment and finally some behavioural questions.

As an internal employee I still followed the process of applying on line. Next called from 800-xxx-xxxx number to set up interview. Had panel interview the next week created of both people involved on the account and others as space fillers. Overall it was simple and painless. Not everyone paid attention, some were on their phone
