Two rounds of interviews. Very basic behavioral questions and went in depth about my resume. Interviews were both conference calls with two individuals but was very laid back and more of a conversation. Research on the company was very beneficial for me when asking questions, etc.

Since I was away at college I couldn't come on site to interview. They were very flexible with my schedule and had me do a video conference which was very nice. I first had an interview with the person I would be working for and then she brought a coworker into the interview to ask me a few more questions. Very laid back and positive.
