Interview was not at all a tough process, questions were very basic.Really easy to get selected.
So i came in to attend interview via a general walkin and also with the help of Employee Referral, i easily got selected

3 total rounds...did great on all 3 but in the end never a single response and was told no by an automated bot, not even a real HR contact. Would be more respectful if they would've reached out and let me know personally after taking up all of that time to interview.

Tell me about a RCCA and how it was used in current role
Fueron solo tres entrevistas diferentes, la primera por teléfono y muy simple y las demás ya más técnicas pero solo preguntaron experiencia y formación académica. No duraron mucho tiempo, fueron de menos de 40 minutos
good, with no issue, smootly and correct, positive feedback about the company located here in Timisoara. 3 steps with different managers from differente depts, like HR, IE, process. the period i would say the was between 4-6 weeks
