It was more conversational, but the questions were broad enough for you to really show your skills. It seems that you need at least some semblance of a connection (or to have networked) to really be considered for the interview. It also depends on the person doing the interview, but most likely it won't be HR, but rather the intern coordinator for whichever practice group you are applying to. Also, the interview was on Skype, which was nice because I didn't have to fly into the city during school.

Applied for the graduate development program (GDP) in their NYC office - specifically under the healthcare team. First round was a phone screen and was really relaxed - about the company, position, tell me about yourself, projects you've completed. Second round involved an hour long video interview with 30 minutes dedicated to speaking with an Senior Account Executive more about your experience, why you love PR, why FH, and more behavioral questions, and the second half you speak with a Supervisor, same thing, same questions Final round, if you make it past the second is speaking with the Senior Vice president and at this point, it's a vibe check, asking about your experience, professional goals, etc.
