It started with a 30 minute call with a recruiter. The next steps were each 30 minute interviews with members of the team. I had two interviews with team members. The last step is another 30 minute interview with someone higher up. My interview process was flawless until interviewing at that last step. The interviewer didn't take time to look over my resume before the interview (she told me so herself) and seemed overall like she'd rather be doing anything else. I knew once I completed the last interview I would not be getting an offer for this position.
