- Did a phone interview, took 45 minutes. - Had an in person interview, took 1 hour. - Had to be brought in for a follow up interview that involved a tour of the farm and a few basic numeracy tests, took 2 hours. - Seemed unnecessary to have so many interviews & pour so many hours into the role before it was offered to me, when it was not a very technical or specific job.
