First step phone interview with HR Manager, Plant Manager and Production Manager. They invited me to visit the plant and continue in the process. They paid for a rented car. Interviewed in person with Plant, Production and HR Manager in the morning. Then we had lunch and in the afternoon we did a plant tour and asked me to fill out some forms. It is a good interview process and a good company.
