I was fortunate to have a one on one interview with the CEO as an exploratory basis to see if I would be a fit. After that interview I was asked to come in for a panel interview , and I met the key leadership team members. It was a an hour long and very engaging . I was asked in depth questions in regards to experience and what I could bring to the label.I thought the process was fair.
