First it was a call with HR. Then a zoom with 4 employees. They requested a marketing plan and design recommendations with samples for current website. I spent 4-5 hours preparing and then I submitted. Next round was a Zoom call with 9 employees. All had questions to ask. Very somber, serious type interview. It gave me the impression they didn't like the fact they were a part of the process or they didn't like their job. I believe salary for this job was for less than 50K.
