Filled out an application and handed it to the manager. After walking me through the layout of the store with a group of other applicants, I was given a brief 1 on 1 interview with a manager. The interview was very informal and felt like more of a conversation than anything. I was called about and asked to come into an orientation a few days later.
It was very easy and they asked not to many question. It was a good interview process. And I got the job! I would recommend applying here. They mostly asked what is my availability and my background in work history

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.

Quick and easy - I did a phone screen and then was invited in to speak further. Was offered the position quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
