Applied online, then right before the interview I was asked to fill out a paper application. I met with a manager and it was about me going to their freight team. At the end of the interview I signed a paper giving them permission to do a background check on me. A week after that I got a call that the check went ok and to start the new hire paperwork the next day.
It was very easy and they asked not to many question. It was a good interview process. And I got the job! I would recommend applying here. They mostly asked what is my availability and my background in work history

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.

Quick and easy - I did a phone screen and then was invited in to speak further. Was offered the position quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
