They moved really fast. It took less a week to go through the phone interview, onsite, and finally a verbal offer. The engineers I've met are smart and nice. But people who makes decisions at the end seem to not like to give you a chance to finish interviews with other companies. They didn't want to talk to me after I told them I was going finish the interviews with other companies and will make a decision from there. Got a call from the recruiter about two weeks later said that the headcount was gone for that position and asked me not to wait. But it seems to me that they may have made an offer to other candidates. The interview process was positive until the last part.

There was an initial recruiter call, then a technical phone screen, then a follow-up recruiter call. I didn't make it to onsite since they were looking for someone more senior. The follow-up recruiter call was with disappointing news, but I did value the constructive feedback I was given.
