Super easy process, I was called by a recruiter who set up my interview. I got an offer the following business day. My best advice is to be authentic & honest!

Recruiters handle most of the hiring and you are hired on with 90 day probationary periods before you become a full time FirstKey employee. I was reached out to about a different position and didnt know until my interview that the specific position was filled a month prior and they wanted to talk to me about another position I would have never applied for. Management seemed friendly and office morale seemed positive in my short time in their office. Seems they are growing quickly and have high expectations. Many changes are happening in how their offices are run and what is done locally vs corporate. Didnt seem like they were too open to moving you up internally, sounded more like your be stuck in the position you got in with. I was also told one pay rate by management only to find out from the recruiter when I received the offer that pay was much lower that I was told and she couldnt get them to raise it despite what I was initially told in the interview. Definitely seem to be poaching from other similar companies. My assumptions could be wrong but that's the vibe I got from the recruiter and hiring manager. Benefits, PTO, and holidays are good though. Incentives also sound like they are regularly offered as well as annual bonuses.
