It was a very brief interview, one of the easiest interviews I have had. The interview was on the phone with two supervisors. The questions were very basic questions.

They were very friendly and easy to talk to. The conversation was very engaging and almost felt casual. I recommend researching interview questions beforehand and practicing your responses. It really helped me having plan going in.

Phone screen, then interview over video chat a week later, about 30-45 mins. Got an offer about a week or two after the interview. Fairly straightforward. Applied in January, got a call in the end of June, job offer in May. Safety is one of FirstEnergy's core values.
