The interview process was quiet good, their process is quite slow, the interviewer was also good, she was friendly and polite and she made me feel comfortable, but after going through the entire process later they informed that FTFCU prefers candidates who have a green card or US citizenship, and they don’t sponsor H1B, which they could’ve informed before so that I wouldn’t have wasted my time by applying there.

First had a phone interview that was set up over email, followed by a virtual interview. The first interview asks the basic questions about availability and a few about the job. Mostly things like what would you do if...? The second interview was also filled with scenario questions.
