Next, there was a phone screen, where I discussed technical concepts and walked through a coding challenge. Finally, I had a series of behavioral and technical interviews that evaluated both my coding proficiency and my ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and handle challenging situations. Throughout, the interviewers were professional, and I appreciated the feedback at each stage. It felt balanced between testing technical ability and cultural fit.
