Brief HR conversation, followed by a 1 hour tech screen, then a full day interview. First part of the full day is a presentation by interviewee about a hard problem they have worked on, followed by several interviews with potential team members and managers, etc. Overall I thought the interview process went very well, communication was good, and First Mode does a good job of checking for fit with the company culture.
