Pretty straightforward interview process. Everything was very laid out. The interview process was very conversational style. I appreciate how communicative they were throughout the interview process. It was nice to be informed and updated right up until the end.

2 rounds first in person and second on zoom with President of credit department. Very friendly people and all behavioral. Just know about the bank and the different departments and why credit.

The interview process was very smooth. I was interviewed by a department manager and a recruiter. They made the first interview conversational and easy; we were in the room for probably 45 minutes, but it was a great environment.
