Over the course of a month I had an initial telephone screening followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and finally a video interview with the Director. At the end I sent an e mail to all thanking them for their time and the opportunity to interview and wished them luck on selecting the right candidate. I felt like everything had went well but oddly I never heard another word back. Very surprised and disappointed that they couldn't even reply to my follow up emails after 3 interviews
